Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Finest City Thai Lemongrass Broth #701498FCF
  • 1 tbsp Sliced scallions
  • 1 tbsp Edamame
  • 1/2 tbsp Peanuts
  • 3 oz. Cooked noodles
  • 1 oz. Sliced cucumbers
  • 2 oz. Fried extra firm tofu
  • 1 oz. Julienned carrots
  • Cilantro, basil, mint, and lime, for garnish

CHEF’S NOTES: Can use a variety  noodles for this dish, soba, vermicelli, udon, or rice noodle.
