Ingredients
- 4 oz. Finest City Thai Lemongrass Broth #701498FCF
- 1 tbsp Sliced scallions
- 1 tbsp Edamame
- 1/2 tbsp Peanuts
- 3 oz. Cooked noodles
- 1 oz. Sliced cucumbers
- 2 oz. Fried extra firm tofu
- 1 oz. Julienned carrots
- Cilantro, basil, mint, and lime, for garnish
CHEF’S NOTES: Can use a variety noodles for this dish, soba, vermicelli, udon, or rice noodle.
