
Udon Noodle Bowl
Ingredients
- 5 oz Udon noodles # 34184
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
- 4 oz. cooked chicken tenders #345502
Sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1/8 cup sesame oil
- 5-7 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 – 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

Step 1 Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain noodles.

Step 2 Mix all “sauce” ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 3 Pour sauce onto cooked Udon noodles and mix well.

Step 4 Add shredded cabbage, carrots, and cilantro to the noodle mixture. Also, add half of the chopped cilantro, green onions, and peanuts. Reserve the other half for garnish. Optional: Add shredded rotisserie chicken to the noodles (see Note 1). Mix well the noodle mixture.

Step 5 Use a pair of tongs to toss Udon noodles with cabbage and carrots in sauce

Step 6 Garnish with the rest of the cilantro diced green onions and chopped peanuts when ready to serve.
