
Sweet & Sour Chicken with Stir-Fry Vegetables
This recipe can be scaled up for larger servings.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Steamed jasmine rice
- 4 oz. Stir-fry Vegetables #FD583 (thawed and drained)
- 2 oz. Chicken diced raw #89350R
- 2 oz. Passport Sweet & Sour Sauce #6584
- 1 tsp. Canola oil
- 1 sprinkle Sesame seeds
- 0.5 oz. Green onion garnish

Instructions

Step 1 Heat the oil then cook the chicken in a wok or sauté pan until fully cooked about 6 minutes.

Step 2 Add the vegetables to the chicken and cook for an additional 4 minutes.

Step 3 Add the sweet & sour sauce, heat and served over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
