Cabbage Curtido
Cabbage shredded
Red onion
White vinegar
Lime juice
Jalapeno sliced
Dried Mexican oregano
S&P To taste

Instructions

Step 1 Mix all the Curtido ingredients together and chill.

Step 2 Heat Pupusa's in a 375° oven until internal temperature is 165°.

Step 3 Serve with curtido slaw on top of the pupusa and top with salsa of your choice.
