Cabbage Curtido

Cabbage shredded

Red onion

White vinegar

Lime juice

Jalapeno sliced

Dried Mexican oregano

S&P To taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1
    Mix all the Curtido ingredients together and chill.
  2. Step 2
    Heat Pupusa's in a 375° oven until internal temperature is 165°.
  3. Step 3
    Serve with curtido slaw on top of the pupusa and top with salsa of your choice.
