Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Finest City Creamy Sweet Butter Sauce #701493FCF
  • 4 oz. Marinated boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tbsp Chopped cilantro
  • 2 oz. Yogurt
  • 2 oz. Steamed basmati rice
  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 tbsp Canola oil

Instructions

  1. Step 1
    Dice and cook the chicken over low heat in the oil for about 8-12 minutes.
  2. Step 2
    Add the butter sauce, yogurt and simmer for an additional 8 minutes.
  3. Step 3
    Garnish with cilantro, serve with rice and nam bread.
