Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Finest City Creamy Sweet Butter Sauce #701493FCF
- 4 oz. Marinated boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tbsp Chopped cilantro
- 2 oz. Yogurt
- 2 oz. Steamed basmati rice
- 2 naan breads
- 1 tbsp Canola oil

Instructions

Step 1 Dice and cook the chicken over low heat in the oil for about 8-12 minutes.

Step 2 Add the butter sauce, yogurt and simmer for an additional 8 minutes.
