Tuscan Chicken Sandwich
This dish can be served as an appetizer or entrée by adding 4 oz. of vegetables.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. cooked Chicken Tenders #342564
- 2 oz. roasted red bell pepper roasted and skinned
- 0.5 oz. arugula tossed in olive oil
- 1 Slice provolone cheese
- 1 each baguette
- 1 oz. sundried tomato aioli
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 0.5 oz. sundried tomato chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. fresh herbs – parsley, thyme or rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1 Blend all aioli ingredients together and refrigerate until needed.

Step 2 Build the sandwich in order of the recipe and coat both sides of the baguette with aioli.
