Tuscan Chicken Sandwich

This dish can be served as an appetizer or entrée by adding 4 oz. of vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cooked Chicken Tenders #342564
  • 2 oz. roasted red bell pepper roasted and skinned
  • 0.5 oz. arugula tossed in olive oil
  • 1 Slice provolone cheese
  • 1 each baguette
  • 1 oz. sundried tomato aioli
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 oz. sundried tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. fresh herbs – parsley, thyme or rosemary
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1
    Blend all aioli ingredients together and refrigerate until needed.
  2. Step 2
    Build the sandwich in order of the recipe and coat both sides of the baguette with aioli.
