Chicken Cutlet with Spicy Arrabbiata Sauce
Chicken can be sautéed, baked or fried.
Ingredients
- 5 lbs. Chicken Tenderloins #342564
- 2 qt. Spicy Arrabbiata Sauce, see separate recipe
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz. parmesan cheese
- 1 tbls. fresh chopped herbs as garnish
- 3 oz. canola oil for sautéing chicken

Instructions

Step 1 Sauté Chicken Tenderloins #342564 in oil until the internal temp reaches a minimum of 165°.

Step 2 Top the chicken with the hot Arrabbiata sauce, them cover with cheese.

Step 3 Place under the cheese melter to gratinée and crisp the cheese.

Step 4 Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
