- 4 @ 4.5oz. each Vegan Falafel Balls (Item# 05-VFB)
- 1/2 each Grilled Lemon
- 1/2 each Grilled Roma Tomato
- 1 oz. Roasted carrots/parsnips
- 2 oz. Hummus
- 1 oz. Spinach tossed in Olive oil/white wine vinegar

Instructions

Step 1 Coat lemon and tomato in olive oil, grill roma tomato and lemon.

Step 2 Toss carrot and parsnips in olive oil, S&P then roast in the oven at 400° until cooked.

Step 3 Toss spinach in dressing and season with S&P.

Step 4 Cook Falafel according to instructions.

Step 5 Plate all items according to the picture.
